Pratidana Foundation began in 2024, born from the shared dream of a group of friends who wanted to give back to society. Inspired by Peter Senge, the founder of the Society for Organizational Learning, they believed that sustainability, social equality, and the environment are not just challenges for governments—they are responsibilities that businesses and citizens must address together.

Over the years, Pratidana has grown into a sustainable, homegrown social institution, committed to making real, on-the-ground change. Our journey hasn’t been easy—we’ve had to make tough choices, innovate constantly, and often take the road less traveled. From adopting a service-delivery approach and practicing management principles in the development sector to promoting civic-driven change, every decision has been guided by our vision to make society more inclusive and equitable.
